Is your jewellery real gold?

No. Our pieces are gold-plated or costume jewellery made to look like traditional bridal gold. That's why they cost a fraction of the price.

How do I keep it looking new?

Keep it away from water, perfume, hairspray and lotion. Put it on last and take it off first. Store each piece in its pouch or box so stones don't scratch.

What bangle size am I?

Bangle sizes measure the inside diameter. Measure across the inside of a bangle that fits you, or wrap a tape around the widest part of your hand with your thumb tucked in. Between two sizes? Go up. Openable bangles and karas fit most wrists.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

UK standard delivery is £3.99, free on orders over £50, and takes 2–4 working days. Next day UK delivery is £5.75 if you order before 1pm. We also post to Ireland, the EU, Australia, Canada, the USA and worldwide. See our shipping policy for prices and times.

Will it arrive in time for my event?

Message us on WhatsApp with your date before ordering and we'll tell you the safest delivery option.

Can I return it?

Yes, unworn items in original packaging within 14 days. Custom pieces and earrings with an opened hygiene seal can't be returned unless faulty. See our returns policy.

Can you make something custom?

Yes. Send us a photo on our Custom Orders page and we'll quote the price and timing.

How can I pay?

Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay or Klarna at checkout.

Do the colours look the same in real life?

We photograph every piece in natural light, but screens vary. If you're matching an outfit, WhatsApp us and we'll send a quick video of the piece.
