Shipping & delivery

Every order is packed by hand by our family and posted from Bradford, UK. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; later orders go out the next working day.

Tracking. We post with Royal Mail and Evri. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Need it for an event? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering with your date and we'll tell you the safest option.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of the estimate, message us and we'll chase it.

Wrong address. Please check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an address entered incorrectly, but message us quickly and we'll try to change it before it's posted.
