2. Get a quotePrice and timing. If we can't match it exactly, we'll suggest the closest option.
3. Pay securelyWe send a secure payment link from our website: card, PayPal or Klarna.
4. We make itYou get a photo or video of the finished piece before it's posted.
5. Tracked deliveryPosted from Bradford with a tracking number.

Good to know

• Tell us your event date when you message so we can confirm timing. For bridal pieces, the earlier the better.
• Custom pieces are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
